   I text him with my info and he was very quick to respond. He did something that is very rare to find… speak with HONESTY he let me know that the services I needed was cosmetic and minimal, therefore, he said I didn't need his services. Many others would have found a way to rip me off as they can tell the minimal knowledge that I have on this topic. He even helped me choose someone else to do the work I need!!!    Called about a small possible issue in my basement level garage.    I was ripping up the carpet in the basement when I noticed some deterioration in the concrete foundation. Being a West Coast person who is unfamiliar with concrete basements, I freaked out. Luke asked me to send photos, said heavy rain is coming soon, and to monitor the area for any leaks. Lo and behold the rain passed and no leaks were found.    Contacted Luke about water getting in from our bulkhead! Immediatley he called letting us know some simple caulking would do the trick. Let us know what kind was best to use and to call him if this didn't work or if there were any other issues!!
